It is probably preferable and "easier" for most players to start a New Game+ on Beginner Mode with all or most PRO Codes enabled for the boss fights. The remaining Trophy/Achievement, "Risk-taker," can also be unlocked on that same savefile, but it is absurdly difficult, largely regardless of the Mode. That said, you will still have to fight and win against all or most of the Organization XIII Data Battles which, excluding a large amount of grinding, will still be quite difficult.
The 5 are still doable with lots of patience and some luck, however. Unfortunately, it seems for many of us this completed savefile is from several months ago at the very least, and was completed either on Standard, Proud, or even Critical Mode. Ideally, this savefile is a level 99 Sora on Beginner Mode.
The PSNProfiles and PlaystationTrophies guides are good, but what they should clarify more explicitly is that 5 of the 6 Re Mind Trophies/Achievements can, and should, be acquired on the same savefile, with "All-rounder" being the capstone for that savefile.
